The Hancock County Clerk of Courts does not have a Public Notary nor does it issue Passports. 

Notary

A Notary Public is a public officer of the state, authorized by law to certify documents, take affidavits, and administer oaths. A Notary Public is appointed for an eight year term. The jurisdiction of a Notary Public is statewide, but no Notary Public can be compelled to act outside of the Notary's home county.

The Hancock County Clerk's office does not have a Public Notary available. Please visit the State of Indiana for an application to become a Notary or to obtain additional information.

Passports

The Hancock County Clerk's office does not currently issue United States Passports. Please visit the United States Post Office website for an application or to obtain additional information.
