Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA)

The Hancock County BZA requires advance delivery of any information that the petitioner or member of the public wishes to be considered at the public hearing to be submitted to the Planning Commission office by 12:00 (Noon) on the Monday before the Thursday BZA meeting.

Staff reports are provided to the Petitioner as a courtesy, when time allows, prior to the BZA hearing. To receive the staff's recommendation ahead of the hearing, please email Assistant Planner, Maria Henriquez at maria.henriquez@hancockin.gov.
