All divisions of the Hancock County Probation are in full operations and seeing offenders in person.  We do however reserve the right to decline any person access to our office and staff and may require our participants to adhere to any standards to protect the health of our employees.  

Mission

The mission of Probation is to provide necessary services to the offender toward reducing criminal/delinquent behavior through the implementation of evidence based practices while balancing the needs and ensuring the safety of the community. Probation is a program that requires a fundamental knowledge of the law, sentencing alternatives, human services, and community protection.
